2-Bedroom Apartment with Views over Cais da Fonte Nova | DESIRE, Aveiro

In one of Aveiro’s most exclusive and sought-after locations, at Cais da Fonte Nova, DESIRE emerges as a new landmark in the city’s contemporary architecture.

This apartment represents the last opportunity to acquire a property offering one of the city’s most exclusive views.

Featuring a modern and functional layout, the apartment is organised around a clear distinction between the social and private areas. Defined by a contemporary architectural style, characterised by expansive glazed surfaces and elegant forms, the building has been designed to make the most of its relationship with the Ria and offer an exceptional residential experience.

DESIRE comprises 24 apartments and 2 commercial units, including an exclusive penthouse. With privileged views over the Ria, each space has been thoughtfully designed to maximise natural light, spaciousness and a constant connection with the landscape, creating interiors where comfort meets an truly extraordinary location.

The experience extends beyond the home itself with an exclusive Wellness Centre featuring a gym and spa, designed to provide moments of well-being and tranquillity without ever leaving home. The building also offers parking, ensuring greater convenience and privacy for its residents.

More than a residential development, DESIRE is an expression of exclusivity, architecture and quality of life.
